HELP! My cakes are turning blue!!!!

I know, this means they are dehydrated.
Basically, on a few isolated spots on the cakes, and not on every cake, I'm starting to see a slight, slight, SLIGHT bluing. I fear my cakes aren't getting enough moisture. I'm misting like 5 times a day, and these mists are very GENEROUS.
Remember, I'm the guy who only drilled holes on 5 sides of his FC. Yeah, yeah I know. I'm fixing this hopefully tomorrow.
I can find 3 explanations. I want you helpful folks to review my explanations and give me your insight.
1. There's a fan, set on low, in the closet with the FC designed to give FAE. This fan is actually hurting the cakes by drying them out.
2. The 5 out of 6 sides with holes is more hurtful than I anticipated, and I need to get them into a 6 sided FC ASAP.
3. The lack of perlite is the reason. I only have 1 inch instead of 4.
The only thing I can change right this instant is removing the fan. The perlite and lack of holes will have to wait until tomorrow. Should I remove the fan?
I'm guessing it's all 3, but I want you guys to concur. Also is there any hope if this really is bluing (it's hard to tell with the verm roll covering the cakes) or am I SOL?

Bruising of your cakes is probably from too much misting instead of too little like you think. Did you dunk your cakes? Even if not I doubt that fan is drying them so much as to cause bruising.
I don't have a successful grow completed yet so this is all just based off what I've read around here

Bluing cakes is from dehydration. Its a sign that the mycellium is being extremely stressed.
You need 3-4 inches of perlite, get rid of the fan. Constant fanning will dry out SGFCs like crazy. And add holes to the side you don't have holes in for proper FAE.
