So I Hear That After A Substrate Jar Is Fully Colonized I Must Wait A Week Before I Can Dunk and Roll And Start Fruiting It? Is This True!? And Why?

Yes It's True Because Waiting An Extra Week Helps It Consolidate The Substrate Allowing For A Quicker And Bigger First Flush But You Don't Have Too If You Don't Want Too

You wait at least a weak for the mycelium to consolidate the BRF cake.
You can wait longer. A weak is the minimum.
Normally, I wait 3-4 weeks.

No, you don't 'have' to, but performance will be far superior if you do.  It allows the mycelium to digest some of the substrate before fruiting.  During colonization, that's all the mycelium is doing.  It's sort of like filling your dinner plate.  The week of consolidation phase is akin to you actually eating your dinner.
