My jars look around 100% but i cant tell for sure myself, but i think they might have stalled. they all look fine, no contams, but i think my room is too cold for them. im growing them in a basement with a single gas heater that doesnt do much. so should i go ahead and take them out? or what

If they're fully colonized, let them consolidate for at least 7 days. I let mine consolidate for 2-3 weeks at least. Sometimes a month w/out any problems.
Pictures would help as to see whether or not they're 100%. I'm also assuming you're referring to PF tek cakes.

If in doubt and your willing to wait, you can leave them until they start pinning invitro.

Let them consolidate. They're not going to dry out in 2 months. Besides, that's why we dunk for 24 hours after birthing.

Here are some Enoki Gold jars after 2 weeks of consolidation.

It sounds like they're fully colonized & consolidating ATM. Let them go. They'll be fine if you just reached 100% colonization.

I keep my room at 74 all the time.
They'll be fine, or post a picture. That will help a bit.

They look fine to me. Let them consolidate for a 7 days at least.
A good way to take pictures is to set the jar down on a shelf, or leave it on the colonizing shelf. Make sure you have good lighting & the flash on. Stand about 3' back from the jars & use your zoom function. Also, keep the camera on macro mode.

Eh, you can birth them if they've been 100% that long or let them consolidate longer. I'd let them consolidate for another 5-10 days.

This maybe wrong, but once I see that they are 100% I just go and fruit them. I find that they really like the fresh air, and I'm picking mushrooms like 10 days later.
EDIT: oh you should just wait till the verm comes.

If you let them consolidate, they'll perform better on the first & subsequent flushes.
