After all the rinsing boiling and straining of your grain of chice, put a few paper towels in the top and of the jar, put lid on and sit upside down for a few hours to absorb excess water.
New tech? ehh maby?

It seems like it would work.
However, I can't see myself going through all of that extra work when I could just leave it in the strainer (covered) and mix it up occasionally for half an hour.

You boil the grains after the soak to allow for the grains to steam dry themselves. You dump them in your strainer after the boil & toss ever 1-2 minutes for 30-60 minutes or until the exterior of the grains are dry. It only takes me 40 minutes for 7 quarts to get dry & around an hour for 10 quarts (all that fits in my strainer).

Sounds like this "tek" would take longer than it normally should. If you're really having a problem drying grains, check here for EM's grain tek. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/15158218/fpart/1

I'm normally running 2 strainers at once, so I toss one, rotate, toss the other. Check shroomery & repeat.
