Burma, Taking a long time

I hit some jars up with some Burma, about nov 14th 2011, about the 15th of january I birthed them (took that long for full consolidation), 1 cake birthed before the rest, 1 pin came out in a few hours, now it seems everytime I look at it I see more and more pins, and the pins that were there are just getting fatter and fatter. The other cakes arent doing anything. 1st day 1 pin, 3 days later 24 pins. Is burma always this slow? my cambo and tc is almost ready to birth and they were started 2 - 3 weeks ago (pfa has done absolutly nothing ). I'm thinking i Should clone and print the Burma, it is really slow, but I got enough to work with now that it's fine with me. I will post pics when it is all done (1st flush as it is my first cube grow), thinking i'm gonna clone the first pin when it matures, and then print a couple of the others for storage.
no replies to do bulk please, I will, I enjoy learning everything I can, and pf tech imo is the best way to start (I have many experiments going with edibles)
So for the way i type, blame it on LSd and Mental Problems

In my experience Burma is a pretty fast colonizer taking that long is definitely a sign for concern. Pins will normally take about a week after being birthed to form anyways though so I don't see a problem there.

It was probably my temps, for the burma. They were at around 65 for 2 weeks, then 75 1 week, then 78 steady. I found out the closest behind my heating system stays around 79 f, The rest of my house is cold, 60 - 65. It is -11 f outside right now ;P. I plan on putting all future projects there.
