I can't tell anything from the picture! Don't listen to the person telling you to trash your jar. That's nonsense. Just stop looking at your jars so much and smoke some herb. Mycellium probably doesn't like you watching it all the time It just knocked up a bunch of corn jars and early mycellium naturally looks fuzzy as heck. I've done PF tek a few times as well and never had contamination problems. I really would not worry if I were you. Remeber, even if it contams really bad just open the jar inside a bucket filled with water and you won't get the spores everywhere. Really, it's not worth getting excited about something like this.

I am pretty sure cobweb doesn't happen in PF tek jars. You are safe.

Don't open the jar until you are ready to fruit it.

I'm under the impression that any mold can get into any jar...including cobweb.
Not saying you have cobweb (i can't even see picture due to SOPA shizzle) because it might just be wispy mycelium.
When you're ready to birth/open jars:
Be careful and use forethought; don't open it where it may immediately contaminate other materials, because if it is contaminated, you don't want these contaminant's spores to land on any uncolonized material, or even your floors (it can cause you future contam problems).
And if it smells funky (a.k.a. not like mushrooms--it should smell like fresh mushrooms) I'd get rid of it, jars included (unless you wanna pressure cook 'em or bleach wash 'em).
Good luck, and take your time
