Need help with spore print - Keepers Creepers

I need some help from everyone at Shrromery... AFOAF got a spore print of Keepers Creepers from FSRE and now AFOAF has to figure out what to do with them. AFOAF wants to either do a liquid culture with Karo Syrup or do an Agar grow
AFOAF has 8 pint jars, 1 spore print, 1 bottle of light Karo syrup, an OLD pressure cooker (unsure how to use with no pressure gauge though), and stuff for bulk substrate (popcorn, brown rice flour, vermiculite). AFOAF is ordering a syringe this weekend and wants to know if he should buy the agar plates too. Here is a link to the agar plates, coming pre-made from Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Petri-Dishes-Pre-poured-Swabs-plates/dp/B004MKHNJK/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1326830198&sr=8-5
Some questions though: What is the better method in terms of how much it will produce, how much time it will take, the potency, etc. (AFOAF knows that a lot of this has to do with genetics). Are there any links to any TEKs that AFOAF has not found yet? How long should it take from first step to the end of fruiting? How does AFOAF determine the pressure inside the pressure cooker without any sort of gauge or meter?

The pressure cooker should have a weight on it with different numbers, or maybe it only cooks at one setting. You want to be at 15 psi but you can cook on 10 psi or 5 psi for more time.
Get the PC all setup (I like to use a 1/2" or 1" of water), turn it on with the lid on. Once steam starts coming out of it place the weight on top. In a few minutes the weight will start rocking and letting out steam. Now you get to balance the steam coming out with the temp. My big PC I need to keep at like 7/10 and the smaller ones I run at Medium heat or 5/10.
I run mine so that steam rocks the weight only about 2 times every 5 or 10 seconds.
I find that potency has to do more with the growing medium than the genetics. Well actually I guess it has everything to do with genetics if you want to get more potent you should try something other than cubes. This really isnt anything to worry about, they will be fresh and potent using any of the guides on here and cubes are awesome!

This one will save you the price of those petri's

I would steer you away from the LC and the Popcorn. Instead go with the agar and WBS or Rye, as it sounds like you want to do grain anyway.
