spent brf cakes as compost for seedlings

Hi Folks,
I searched to see if anyone had used spent cakes as compost, and there seemed to be no consensus (about a year and a half ago), someone sad it'd be fine, someone said not. so I thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas on this one. (hope this is the right forum to use... )
setup:
spent BRF cakes that I mixed with coir and verm in the hope that new nutrients would allow them to grow again
it didn't (haha no surprise there) so the tubs have been sat there for 3 months, sealed with sarin wrap, with a few GE holes in. No contamination of anything to be seen. nothing. and now with spring approaching, I was wondering if this mix would be good to use as a compost for seedlings, or whether I should just toss it. I hate waste, and thought perhaps the dead myc might be nutritious.
the seedlings will mainly be standard garden flowers (cornflowers, snapdragons, dahlias, hollyhocks, sweet peas etc.)
many thanks all!

It's not composted, but coir and verm commonly support seedlings. RR

Save the ones that go green with trich and put it in the garden in the spring. It will help most nightshade family plants like tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, potatoes etc.
