Grow bag first time use

I've been trying to find out information regarding grow bags, it being my first time this is more a trial and error run.
I followed blue helix's guide although im just preparing some WBS, my question is when I opened my PC and noticed that my bag did not have a vacuum or a compressed look, i tried to seal it as fast as i could but im doubtful.
Any ideas/reason why it did not get a vacuum?
Edit:
Bag is getting a vacuum as its cooling down, this is normal i take it?

You want to let it cool down inside the PC, where it's a sterile environment. Cooling it in open air isn't guaranteed to get contaminants, but increases the risk greatly.
But yes, a vacuum is normal as the bag equalizes in pressure with cooler ambient air.

"my bag did not have a vacuum or a compressed look"
It sounds like your PC is the type with a rocker weight.
Does this type vent air in as it cools?
I wondered if this might be part of why RR recommends that tyvek sleeves be inserted into the top of the sack, i.e. that the sleeve might filter air drawn into the sack.
I have a non-rocker AA type of PC, so pardon the ignorance.
Good luck,
JD

Should it be sealed and then left to cool in the PC, or once cool then sealed?

Well, I let my bags cool, but I am dumping in grain spawn, in front of my flow hood, before I seal bags.
If you get bags the right pore size, then you can even seal the bag before you PC it. (I know that the 5 micron bags can do this)
You need to using a syringe in this case though, of spore solution of live culture.
Good luck,
JD
