Uneven grow **first time grow**

Hello all. I have an imaginary friend who decided to give growing shrooms at try and i know hes had a lot of fun in the process.
I think he may not have let the casings cultivate for as long as he should have before initiating pinning. he thought he read that as soon as you see some mycelium poking through, to through it in the FC. and so he did.
almost 2 weeks later, these are the results.... he decided to break up the 1/2 pints into several casings to ensure the whole crop was not lost in the even of contam....

is he right to suspect that he may have thrown it into the FC a little too soon? will the mycelium eventually take over? the humidity is pretty much at 100(gauge reads wrong) and fanning twice a day. temp is about 75 degrees. b+ strain i believe is what he was telling me.
any help is greatly appreciated, so he says.

Only theory I can think of(and fyi, im pretty fucked up) is harvest the mush you have(once matured) and try and resort back to colonization somehow(if you decided to take trays and dunk em and go from there if ya wanna go back to colonization) Honestly idk, I member with cannabis you can flower then reveg so thats where this hypothesis comes from Good luck man and sorry if this seems utterly retarded

Putting a casing into your fc once the myc is popping thru is the way i did it always. I dont see what the issue is You have pins and soon mature mushrooms.
If your not patching then you are suppose to put your tray into the fc when they look like that. If you were patching you would cover the areas with myc growth with new casing and put it into the fc the next day. A casing should only take 2-3 days using 1/8-1/4 inch casing

did you apply a casing layer to you colonized sub? or did you spawn your jar to bulk and fruit that as soon as it poked through?
if you didnt add a casing layer then your issue was that you didnt let it colonize fully once spawning to bulk

I think the casing looks a bit wet?

he spawned then cased 1/2 pint jars and started fruiting as soon as he saw mycelium pocking through. They basically look the same as they did(besides the baby shrooms) when he placed them in the fruiting chamber.
here are some updated pics. is it possible that the casing is too wet? he sees water droplets on the mycelium...

he says thanks everyone for your help.

Update**
Some updated pictures. The big casing isn't really doing much :/
Any reason why they would all be growing at different rates given the same conditions?
my friend was experimenting and crumbled a cake into the casing all the way to the right, The smaller casings have 1 cake split in half and the big casing has 5 whole cakes. he is wishing he did individual casings for each cake....

The black caps are just cause the mushroom released its spores. Its called sporulation and is perfectly safe.

thanks for the info. dont look like they came out as you predicted. seem pretty small.
only 4 cakes worth of shrooms were ready. the rest are lagging.

Its fine those are just very mature, my outdoor shroomies sometimes look like that when I dont get the them right away. If you pick them sooner they wont make as big of a mess with spores or get so gnarly. FYI the black is spores and the blue is busing one of the tell tale signs of the psilocybe genus.

he's just kinda worried about the greenish color. it was there before that particular shroom even matured fully. also when he picked it it was very mushy. he ended up tossing the cap cuz it was gross. is this just it rotting?
