"Thoracic curvature." So it hurts when my lungs expands and push against it. Also whenever my right shoulder blade moves it hurts. Cold presses make it hurt worse, but head packs help. Curse these monkey mobiles we cruise around in.

You wouldn't happen to feel pain on the right or left side of your ribs?
What I mean is; is the pain in the spine or on the left/right side of your body when you breath?

Definitely in the spine. But it is triggered by right sided movement of my body and the pain feels slightly "right-sided" on the spine. It's not my lungs though.

bro, in all fairness, it sounds like a back spasm. Back spasms can be brutal.
Yea, I've been reading online and from what I gather that seems to be the case. Plus, they say it can arise from being sedentary and sitting for prolonged periods of time. I'm a content writer, so I sit all day.

Definitely in the spine. But it is triggered by right sided movement of my body and the pain feels slightly "right-sided" on the spine. It's not my lungs though.
And that's where I stop playing doctor.
If it had been in your lungs though, I possibly could have had very bad news for you. But it isn't. So good luck recovering

and this is why i know that what the doctor gave you will work with almost 100% certainty now; because for the past month ive been sitting in front of my computer playing video games because im on break and i get the exact same pain.
tylenol and other NSAIDs work perfectly fine for that.
also, lay down on the ground (stomach down) and push your upper torso up with your arms while keeping your stomach as flat to the ground as possible. then curl up in the fetal position (dont need to be laying on your stomach for this one.... obviously) and grab your ass and pull it forwards to bend it the other way.
pain gone. you just need to stretch. you dont even need tylenol or aleve or anything like that.
"i want opiates"

when i throw my back out ice and heat 20 min intervals, painkillers, possible visit to the chiropractor, and laying on the floor help.
fuck the OTC stuff, really get serious. check out local chiropractors, they once you get back in place will show you stretches that help.

Thanks for the tips. Once I heal I'm going to start stretching regularly. I've been researching about it today.

Does that mean you hobbled in and demanded a doctor ahead of other people that were already waiting there before you, or did I read that wrong?
