About the strain....
I have problem ... I was happy and I tangled syringes when they came... Ecuador and z-strain, but do not know which is.
I hope to be able to identify maturity...
I suspect that in the pictures above(harvest) is Ecuador. Was the first colonize and fruit jar... I'm not sure

Exactly the point.
Unless you're inoculating with an isolate, you don't have any specific strain.
When you start from spores, the genetics are completely random.
The are, however, certain variations of Cubensis which seem to carry over from one generation to another even through multi-spore inoculation. The immediate example being the very obvious and visibly observable characteristics of Penis Envy vs. that of Golden Teacher.
Your two variations seem to be very similar though, so it would be difficult, if not impossible for someone here to tell you which is which from pictures alone.

oooh looks pretty grim but hard to tell whether it's green or blue... could be bruising but I'd be tempted to get that isolated and see how it progresses.

well if I was you I'd bury it in the garden, looks like it's in a world of hurt there...
the band above the bright white looks weird as well as the bluey/ green (still not sure if that's bruising)
any smell?
perhaps make a soda bottle terrarium and observe it away from your main growing area? just so you can learn from it and know for sure so you're armed for future grows?

a more detailed inspection I found mold. green mold.
I cleaned green mold with water, and I mist the whole cake with H2O2 (3%)
I moved the cake to another compartment to harvest this round (flush) and save the mushrooms. pins
I suspect that the problem occurred because of heavy mist. Certainly in future I will be more careful.

Perhaps the mold was there before you even placed it into the FC?

No, it is more likely stale air that lead to your mold.
Also, H2O2 is good for cobweb mold on casing layers. It will have no useful effect on green molds.
Separating the cake was a good idea. You can eat any fruits that pop from it. Green mold spores will not harm you if eaten.
Take care,

Also storing your FC at waist height is a good idea. Gravity keeps contams low. I keep my FC high.
Thanks RR for this fact!
