my straw cake is contaminating!

and i dont have any spores or such left. and i need fruits from it.

i wanna start an outdoor patch with it. if i throw it outside will that stop contamination? put straw over it under my deck or something..

Have you tried salt on it? Been reading about that in the contam fourm.Sounds like a pretty good method for the trich.
