Casing question

Hey all, I hope someone can help me out ASAP!!!!!! I am doing a casing with 50/50 Verm/peat!!! I want to know the best way to sterilize it!!! I have it in the oven right now at 200 and I have seen posts that say to use the microwave!!! can someone let me know what is best!!!! This is my first casing!!!!

The oven will work fine. if you wanted to you could do a double whammy and do both....but just make sure your 50/50 is wet before ya stick it in the microwave...

how long and what temp in the oven??? And also how long in the microwave if I change my mind OR if I do it aswell!!!!
