Yeah those look a lot like Trichocereus peruvianus to me...the colouring, rib shape, spine sets...a very nice patch of sacred cacti indeed!

they could be any sort of columnar really it's way too hard to tell what species and even genus it might be as many columnar's look very very similar to T. Peruvianus that many times other are mistaken for it. I know i've done it in the past.
