Oh I was expectin a photo that you took yourself, so I'm assuming it looks exactly the same as that? Just wondering cuz sometimes people will sell knockoffs and you can sometimes tell by the labeling and other small details. I'm guessing Centrino labs is an underground lab. I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Looks good to me, but then again I just drew out about 3cc of sterile abscess blood and shit, and been squeezing more out for the past hour or so lmao. It wasn't painful, there's no stank either, the bump just bugged me. My body doesn't like injections I guess. Gave the last of my shit to my buddy. Gonna stick with orals or find some real pharmaceutical stuff cuz these pockets are beginning to piss me off.

I'd post some places if I was allowed, but forma stanzol is actually a really good product for estrogen sides, it's otc and in a lot of cases better than the prescription meds.

There's some good rc stuff from peptide companies. I'd recommend arimidex honestly cuz you can run it during cycle and it prevent aromatization. One cycle shouldn't give you tits unless yikes sensitive, so always have an AI or similar on hand before starting.

It won't hurt. Protein's always necessary, you're not gonna blow up quick or anything though.

I just started taking a protein powder when i work out, and not only does it taste great with milk, but leaves me feeling more energetic.
Infact, i just added milk to my diet, and it does the same....
At the very least you should recover better from your workouts, and be more satiated throughout the day when you start taking it.

The general consensus in weightlifting/bodybuilding is you want to get at least 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass (or just per pound). Now 1g per lb. may not be necessary for everyone, you have to take a look at how intense you are working out, your goals, and how much repairing your muscles need. Some people swear they need much less than this universally accepted 1g per lb ratio, some people even go as high as 1.5-2g per lb.
But overall, to answer your question, no. There is no magic formula/pill that will just 'make you swole' automatically. Muscle comes from years of dedication with intense training, planned diet, and all that, understanding your body, and seeing what training works best for you and your goals. The protein definitely helps in repair and is one of the main factors in the muscle building process and I recommend to everyone that takes working out seriously to drink protein shakes (unless they can honestly say they get EVERY gram of protein they need for muscle building from whole food sources, which is typically pretty rare). You might gain a few pounds from the tub of Muscle Mulk.. maybe around 1-4 the first month, and less after that, if you were previously protein/calorie deprived and working out hard.

Is the Starting Strength routine a good approach for losing fat? I'm going for a lean as opposed to jacked look.

Starting strength is great. Honestly from the post you made in the other thread any training is better than none. A lot of the guys on here used to be over or under weight and through this thread and other sites and hard work have changed that. I'm crashing now but will post more to you when I wake up. You don't gotta anon on thus thread no judgements here. Just sayin.

Starting strength (as previously mentioned) is a great way to get into lifting. Any amount of exercise helps lose weight, the biggest thing though is you may not lose weight but body fat instead. My body, for example, maintains between 240-255 lbs whether I'm working out or not, only difference is when I'm lifting I'm bulky, when I'm not I'm fat. The biggest thing about starting (and continuing) lifting is to ditch the ego. I've been off and on for about 8 years, longest stint was about 2 years before I took a year off, and total time has probably only been 5 years. I've never followed any program until recently (SS) and it was amazing! The ego with weight is dangerous and I've still got it sometimes. I see someone lift big, who looks smaller than me, and I gotta try it. That will do nothing but hurt you. Don't lift heavy, build up. That's the only real help I can offer, that and to stick with it. You won't notice any results until the end of the first month, and it may be either feeling better, strength gains, or a decrease/increase in weight. If you're getting heavier and the only thing you've changed is working out, keep at it, it isn't detrimental. Your body is readjusting. Don't get down on yourself, and honestly, nobody here judges, we are here to help and motivate.
4 days before I shoot for 500! My legs have been feeling amazing with this Smolov program, I've noticed my traps have been getting larger, with just squatting. Pretty psyched!

after a few tubs like 2 or 3 of the big ones along with consistent workout you'll notice a significant difference (at least I did) compared to not taking any protein supplements.

I have been using Fat Gripz for the past weeks and they are awesome. Totally look at weight in a different way. My fingers and stronger, my grip is tighter, my forearms are always soar. No one has asked me WTF they are yet.

High levels of testosterone lead to baldness too man. Keep an eye on the hair and the moment it starts thinning get on that rogain. My old roomie was 21 when his hair started thinning he's 26 now an just keeps his head shaved.

Does rogaine actually work well? I have thinning on the top of my head a little bit and Im not even your friends age. I think some of it has to do with a scar I got on the top of my head when I was a kid though, I don't care a whole lot either and I keep my head shaved too. But it'd be cool to not have that spot in case I do decide to care about it later.

Rogain does not regrow lost hair but it does thicken and keep the hair you have. Costco and other stores sell a rogain knock off its like 12$ lasts a month for a bottle and as long as you actually use it you def see results once you stop whatever you had is lost so its a continual thing the roomie had real good effects with it just put it on every time he brushed his teeth in the morning then after a couple years got lazy lost a buncha hair from stopping then just started shaving his head try a couple bottles an see how it works for you couldn't hurt right?
