I haven't seen daylight in a week

I accidentally switched to being nocturnal and now I fall asleep right before the sunrise and wake up when its already dark
Any health concerns I should think about? Cause it doesn't feel very healthy to me.

Your not gonna have enough vitamin D cause its produced when you are under the sun.
Might cause a bit of depression.
Then you die a very miserable death

You can get vitamin D from other sources.
Stay away from the sun, or you'll get the skin cancer.
Also, start lurking the woods with a hunting knife, and pounce on rabbits and squirrels, then face the heavens above and drink their blood.

not much concern realy although everyone will say the same thing as vernus that you need some sun but a multi vitamin is just as good the only down side is your gona need to switch back after vacations over and that can be a pain. either slowly goto sleep an hour early and wake up an hour later till your back or stay awake an entire day and goto sleep at your correct time. the last one can be hard ive noticed after you stay awake for that long sometimes you pass some type of point where you stop being tired like when you have to pee and you hold it than you dont have to go for a while... lol

I was you.
I was doing this a week ago.
Skyrim is to blame.
My body was more susceptible to disease at the time. My body conjured a sore throat and my immune system was noticeably weakened.
I'm dead, my soul was absorbed into skyrim
Now I'm a dragon and i when i cum i fus do rah.

I wonder how the people in Alaska do mentally and physically when they have periods of pure daylight 24/7 and periods of pure night 24/7

I was also thinking of going to bed one hour later every day so I can make a full rotation but I failed miserably at it

No, actually I've never played it. What happened was that I stayed up all night reading and thats how it all began.

Oh I see. And now you are an all night book reading addict hm? Very interesting.
Anyway it's ok to be nocturnal, I was for a very long time. Just don't do it for years at a time. You just want to at least try to make an effort to get SOME sun, at least 5-10 minutes a day makes a huge difference. It can effect your mind and body, if you don't get enough sun. You needs that sunlight for DNA transmutation and vitamin D, yo. But not seeing the sun for a week or a few weeks isn't going to kill you. Get vitamin D.
