Its kind of a moot point by now.. Do you really think if he was unbanned he'd all of a sudden be stoked and come right back on the shroomery immediately?
I mean do you actually get an email or some message saying congratulations! You are now unbanned from the forum! Welcome Back!
Maybe you'd try and log in a couple times here are there during the first weeks of being banned but after a couple months you'd just move on.
Or just create an account on a friends computer?

well, on a positive note. . . if a certain moderator here at these forums is true to his word, which in my experience the mods always are, SWIM should be unbanned soon. 
no need to make any more threads of this nature or harass the mods anymore about it. it's already being handled. THE WHEELS ARE IN MOTION!  cannot be slain

No. He was banned for trolling, spamming, postwhoring just about every forum on this message board where these things are not allowed. Had he limited his posts to OTD, he would never even have received a warning. That guy's ban record is longer than my arm.

i've said it a million times before, but you can't say he isn't targeted here at the shroomery. even if he has 235236236 infraction points. i mean i understand he is a thorn in the moderators anus alot of the time, but now that rule 4 is removed, the mods have no reason to get shitty at him when he posts his fgm/fbm/thangs. and users who do get shitty with this, should IGNORE HIM. everyone wins that way.

nah peerblock blocks them from connecting to my computer, the program just tells me what IP's it has blocked in the process. problem is already solved.

yeah fair call. just sayin, i think it's lame that certain members are clearly targeted and singled out, for things that a vast majority of the user base does more or less to another degree.
and besides i've seen some swim threads that have been locked and earned him bans, in the more ' serious ' forums that you talk about, and alot of them were legitimate posts , or posts that if you actually sat down and digested his message, beyond all the graemlins, they actually had merit, and obviously had alot of thought and effort put into them.
anyway pointless discussion here, i could talk all day about this, but the issue has already been discussed at length with relevant parties. it's all been said before 50 times over

It was a rule that was recently discontinued; it required users to provoke serious discussion in threads, in order to prevent meaningless threads from flooding the Pub.
