The little round lumps will turn into pinheads .. just give it some time.

BTW - if your cake is 100% colonized, you can't birth them TOO early...

thanx loathe, another q. If I dont get enough water into the perlite and it's not wet enough, can that delay pinning. my perlite is damp, not real wet. I was scared of standing water and contam.thanx to all
