Hi,
i have some dried shrooms now,and they look just fine.But i am not rely a mushroom eating lover.
So do anyone have a good idea for the best way to eat them?Specialy those big ones,or i will have to eat them just like they are?

Gnutella works too, can be kinda messy though. I usually just pop them in my mouth, refrain from breathing through my nose during the chewing process and swallow, then chase with some grape fruit juice. Still get the occasional chills/gags/cough-sneezes. I remember when I used to enjoy the taste, not so much now.

powder them, mix with a glass of oj. barely taste em at all.a little gritty though. or powder and put in some capsules no taste at all.

Capsules are really the best way in terms of taste. They take a little longer to kick in but I find I don't get as much nausea and it's easy to gauge your dose.

The best way is by devouring them between the breasts of topless women and having them make the jiggly motion to help you chew. I find this alleviates the nausea.

I like a combination lemon or citrus; fresh squeezed orange and lemon juice in a mug, add some honey, and put in your shroomy bits, add a tea bag or 2 of your favorite tea and add boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, drink and in about 15-20 minutes you'll start feelin' it. Works great, quick onset and taste's ok. And the fresh citrus makes it hit hard and fast! Enjoy!!
