WHEN TO TURN THE JARS UPSIDE DOWN ??

HI EVERYONE my question is this...when should i turn the jars upside down?? the colonization is now over the 50%, how much longer should i wait???..well thats it..thanks you all..bye.

You don't NEED to turn the jars upside down. If they have been colonizing for a long time (a month) and the bottoms are not colonizing it is most likely due to CO2 build up. In this case turn them over. The CO2 is heavier than air and will drain (assuming there are holes in your lids, or the lids are loose) allowing what was the bottom to fully colonize.

Hopefully you have pulled the tape off the inoculation holes...this will speed up growth.

After the mycelium has colonized most of the jar except the bottom...you can flip the jar upside down and give it a little wack to unlodge the cake from the glass jar bottom...so its loosens and falls back onto the lid.
Then leave the jar upside down to colonize the bottom.
