Panaeolus Cyanescens & Psilocybe Atlantis poor syringes

Hi !
I recently ordered a spore syringe of Panaeolus Cyanescens and a liquid culture syringe of Psilocybe Atlantis.
Panaeolus Cyanescens : - Inoculated three jars of WBS, 2 failed, one showed signs of growth after quite a long time and is still colonizing (it is taking forever) - Inoculated 2 LCS (strawberry syrup), both failed
Psilocybe Atlantis : - Inoculated three big jars of rye in order to grow sclerotia, they all failed (one is showing a sign of growth now but since it's been more than three weeks it's most likely a contam). - Inoculated two LCs (strawberry syrup) which all failed.
Since I have grow Cubensis from clone and spores successfully, using the same strawberry syrup LC tek then inoculating different grains (wheat and corn, but this is the first time I'm using rye), I think the problem might come from the syringes.
I think the syringes I got were very diluted and that I did not use enough inoculant when I inoculated my jars.
I still have 3 ccs left in each syringe. I would like my project not to fail and be able to cultivate those species, so Here's what I plan to do with my last 3 ccs of each solution:
- Prepare small jars of rye (probably a bit less than a half pint) - knock them up with 1CC of spore solution, but in one single hole (my only jar that colonized showed signs of growth from only one of the inoculation points). - when they are fully colonized, do grain-to-grain transfers to bigger containers
Here are my questions regarding my plan : - Will panaeolus cyanescens be ok with a grain to grain transfer ? - Same question with Psilocybe Atlantis ? - Is a syrup-based LC tek known to fail with these species, or did I just do something wrong ? Maybe I should try with another LC tek and more inoculant.
I will also be extra careful when I prepare my grain to make sure water content is all right !
Since these are my only 3 ccs left I would like to make the most out of it (this is what my LCs where supposed to be, a failproof reserve in case I did something wrong, but since they failed too, I must be extra careful )
Thanks a lot for any advice you guys can give me,
Pyre

I'd forget about the LC for now, I've never been able to get a clean LC using spores. You could make a culture on agar or agar substitute and then use bits of mycelium from that to inoculate more jars/cultures/LC.

Well I was considering LC since I have used LC successfully in the past, from spore and from clones, but well maybe I'll give agar a try !
Thanks for the input,
