Israelis may not *deserve* the land any more than Palestinians, but suicide bombing is a morally reprehensible act because it is primarily targeted towards civilians. If you say you condone acts of violence against civilians in any situation, then you need to re-evaluate your moral system. This isn't targeted at Fiend, btw. Just an open statement. Personally, I don't see why Israelis and Palestinians can't cohabitate in peace. I'm of Jewish heritage and one of my best friends is Muslim. I'm going to be rooming with him next semester with no problem. Religion makes people do some fucked up things.

Isreali army doesn't primarily target civilians, though. If the Palestinians would stop doing suicide bombings, I think there would be a much better atmosphere for peace talks. I could see how the Jews would be a little apprehensive of letting their guard down ever since that little thing called the Holocaust.

I agree, people who target civilians are worthless scum. People who think what Israel has done in the past and continues to do is right or justifiable are JUST AS STUPID. It's a situation where both sides are holding unreasonable positions. The reason it continues going on is because, on one side you have suicide bomber muslims (retards), and on the other side people who think Israel has a right to steal land whenever they see fit (retards).

Why? Because they didn't just squat down in their land, they earned it. It was UNINHABITED, UNLIVEABLE SWAMP LAND before they took the majority of it, and made it liveable. The palestinians (who, technically, don't exist, but I'll call them that for simplicity) didn't give a fuck about the land until the Israelis worked for it, and were able to live in it.
Furthermore, they deserve the goddamn land, because it's not really that much, and because there is no reason to take it away from them. Everyone there has enough space, and, contrary to popular belief, not only Jewish people live in Israel.

There's a difference between being provoked and how you respond to being provoked. The Israeli army doesn't target civilians specifically. I think you know the definition of 'target'. As in they don't go out of their way to shoot civilians. Palestinians on the other are going out of their way to specifically go after civilians. i.e. women and children...I don't care how much you think Israel deserves to be there or not. Targeting civilians is wrong.
Also, I don't know if csg is right about the 'making an uninhabitable area habitable through development' but if that is true, don't you think someone should have the right to stay there if they went through all the hard work of making it a livable environment?

For certain I would not 'strap on the nearest suicide bomb'. I'm not an animal. I can reason and see that is not the best choice. I would never stoop so low as to kill unarmed people. That is sick. Plus, doing suicide bombings makes it much more difficult for your own people. Not only does it look bad to all civilized nations, it blurs the line between combatant and non-combatant thus resulting in more situation where civilians may accidentally be targeted. If you think violence is the answer, you're wrong.
