Transmit or Receive, which is easier to read?

While practicing Chi Gung excercises or any form of meditation,one can do both. What I am curious about, is what are some of your experiences regarding energy movement?
This could be visual or physical............ Do you find that the transmit side is stronger when focusing intent or..........when the intention is to receive it is almost like waiting for what ever shows up? (with some,who shows up)

i can't nessisary manipulate energy, but i see that its there, and this looks manipulatable.

Are talking about transmitting and recieve telepathy? (im not familiar with chi gung)

No not Telepathy although I have experienced brief occurrences....
Can you describe what "i see that it is there" means? Visions, feeling waves of energy or a melting of the "real tangible world into pure energy?You see this?

For me I practice the easiest excercises. Set the intention and breath threw a point (lets say the Tan Tien) which is the Base Chakra. And channel the breath into a organ or to another energy center in the body. Then exhale through the pores of the body. Obviously your lungs are doing the breathing but after a while the excercise becomes more energetic and less breathing.

So my reference to Transmit or Receive applies to the ability to move the energy where you want when you want . To transmit means to move it to your hands to heal or send energy to another . To receive is to open a channel to get that from another person or spirit or elder or space (what ever one' personal preference is)
