DMT with an electronic vaporizer

Okay, so on my way home from work today I was reading an article in a newspaper regarding 'Electronic Cigarettes'.

For example: http://www.elusionelectroniccigarette.com.au/

For those who arent familiar with them;
they hold a small canister of liquid nicotine, which is vaporized the same way as a normal electronic vaporizer would, essentially.

The canister can be removed and refilled, which brings me to my question.

Theoretically; could you replace the liquid nicotine with DMT In a salt form (so it's soluble in water)?

It seems possible considering the E-cigarette heats the liquid sufficiently to turn it to a vapour.

Thoughts guys? :peace:

Thought my question/theory was pretty straight forward haha..

I'm not looking for an alternative, was just a random thought. Man if I had the money for a volcano I'd be one happy dude!

But srsly, anyone have any thoughts? Or is it that far fetched? Haha.

i thought you needed specially designed cartridges for those e-cigs. i once looked around to see if i could smoke bud out of one and it was near impossible

That's because bud is a solid and it's not water soluble :rolleyes:

I think it depends what temps nicotine and DMT vaporize at, but I think it would work if the temp is correct.

well duh but neither is tobacco. i didn't literally mean jam a fucking nug into an e-cig and try to smoke it :facepalm3: i mean through hash oil, or something similar... i thought the issue was gaining access to the cartridge, but now that i read his post again i see that it's refillable so it shouldn't be an issue.

in my experience, DMT vaporizes really quickly so i feel like temperature might not be an issue. that's just a guess though. my main concern would be residue, but then again i don't own an e-cig so i don't know how easy they are to clean. just something to think about.

Find out what temps those ecigs/packets vape at... I know that my vape works for DMT freebase and Changa at 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
