Colombian Cubensis in vitro ziplock bag grow (small personal grow)

A few Colombian (South American but not SA cubes) grown in a semi caca ziplock baggie. They seem really awesome, it took 2 and a half weeks just to pin.
-BRF Colombian cakes spawned to Coco Coir. Cased then fruited. Sorry for the crappy quality photos.
The ziplock baggie had a hole with polyfil stuffed with it.
Peace

I'd eat it and give the man his moneys worth =P

Actually not everyone was a noob. Being a noob is a very new phenomenon. Many people, the great majority in fact, were simply "beginners", "novices" or "new to mushroom growing". Being a "noob" is reserved, and in fact created specifically for and by, the newer, much more lame generations coming about. -Shpongle1

I would like to do this. You said you stuffed the hole with polyfill, did you just take it out like once a day or something for exchange? I just ask cause the hole is empty in the pics. Also what did you do as far as lighting?
I have a colonized half pint, would I just dump it into a zip lock bag in a flow hood and mix it with an equal part sterilized coco coir and then cover with sterilized (is sterilization necessary?) vermiculite? Would just washing the zip lock out with alcohol be suitable?

the ziplock bag is sterile from the factory. You are more likely to contaminate it by trying to wash it out, than just leaving it alone

Nah I only unzipped the bag twice a day and fanned with a piece of paper and then sealed it up again. Yup I cased with wet sterilized vermiculite
