I want to see how cut I can get and then try to maintain a cut near that. I want results quickly too, which I don't think is asking too much as I don't have very much fat I could lose. I can see all of my abs without flexing now, but only barely. My goal is to have a legitimate six pack without flexing. I have lifted heavy these last two days and tomorrow will be HIIT cardio.

You real fat loss is gonna come from dieting correctly and cardio then. Have you tried cross fit type workouts? HIIT is great, but takes a while compared to cross fit. Maybe switch lift days to interval training and your cardio days to superset lifts. If you burn 500 calories a day in workouts and eat exactly the same, you'll lose 1# a week (500x7=3500). I really don't think the ketosis would be worth it when there's other ways that aren't as stressful on your organs.

I found it best to do cardio right after you lift never before especially right as soon as you wake up if your trying to do both.  Which you should be doing because lifting and cardio is ideal for maximum fat loss.

lol @ the video.  It shocks me how lazy some people can be.  Same results could of have been made with 2-3 months strict diet and good exercise program.  I wonder how much that procedure cost?  I bet it was $$$m0n3y.

If done properly with refeeds on weekends (Cyclical Ketogenic Diet), a ketogenic is fine on your organs, and it worked more efficiently than any other style of diet I've tried thus far at cutting fat and maintaining muscle.  It's pretty kickass when done right.  I'll also say that it's incredibly easy to maintain that diet once you commit for a week or two.  As your insulin levels stabilize and ketogenesis kicks in, you never get hungry, mood elevates, energy throughout the day without spikes.  The key is the weekend resupply of carbs to keep glycogen levels in the muscle at healthy levels so your body doesn't eat itself.

Rumblefishtwist, your sig picture is hilarity.

Honestly i will probably just keep up the keto now since
Im two days in and want to try it for myself. Crossfit sounds interesting though. I would think wrestling is a similar workout to crossfit, and i remember how shredded that got me in high school.

I can just imagine the burn with those shrugs. I should probably do more incline curls too. Thanks for the tips.

So I'm on the third day of a ketotonic diet, and it has become quite low calorie too. I would think this is the fastest way to diet. I definitely think I have entered ketosis as I feel surprisingly not hungry even though I don't eat much.

I don't see why people are so obsessed with avoiding alcohol when lifting..

A drink or two really isn't gonna do shit unless you're low in enzymes that break down alcohol (which most people aren't)

Alcohol really isn't that bad unless you get intoxicated. 10 hours? Jesus. What the hell are they counting, the residue left on your lips or something that gets evaporated? The fuck. The average male can have alcohol completely broken down in the matter of a few hours if its within reasonable consumption (1-3 alcohol servings)

It takes longer for females due to having a lower ADH then men in the stomach, which means it gets them intoxicated faster and less is needed.

Liothyronine is marketed as Cytomel and often referred to as T3.

Just wondering whats up with this stuff...
