I mean, I _know_ they're poppies, but I've been torn over whether or not they are papaver somniferum. Sorry they are kinda blurry.

Yes, more than likely a Papaver orientale of some sort.
The main difference is there leaves have hairs, though fine.
Papaver somniferum has no hairs on its leaves, they are smooth
with a blueish tint.
Good luck finding some, there pretty common
:-)

that really sucks because in the last couple of months I have gotten many kinds of poppie seeds and one out of the three plants I have been growing HAS HAIRS on the back and doesnt look like my other poppies !!!

I was hoping it was the hens and chicks , but now reading this here and some things at another site I now move to phase 2!!!!!!!

whats phase 2 you ask??

figure out who sent the "bunk" poppies !, which sucks cuase I have many kinds to look through ............but there are people I know wouldnt !, but now I have to grow and find out who sent the shit and send them a message about it

dammit !

oh well I ate my first shroom (homegrown) 2 days ago and just put a new cake in the fruiting chaamber and I have one real nice poppie left and one I was going to kill until I realized it had a little itty bitty pod (like sea of green for indoor pot, some of yopu know what Im talking about)
anyway this little girl is gonna flower early (shit that sounds bad....but you get the point) I might milk it but since its so little I will make tea pod and all!

this was a dream I had NONE OF THESE THINGS ARE TRUE both cops and little theives have no reason to come in my yard
like last year
"assholes"!
