Just got an AA 1925x pressure sterilizer, having some trouble

Whenever I've prepped grainspawn (as per RRs videos) with my old little 8qt cooker Ive never had moisture content issues. But I could only do 4 jars so it sucked
I just got a 25qt pressure sterilizer (model 1925x) which fits 10 jars. I got this instead of a cooker because since the sterilizer regulates pressure with a stopcock instead of a weight I'd have less boil over issues when I start agar (building my flow hood now ). I But now I'm having moisture content issues. With every batch
I sterilize at 19psi (you control pressure with the heat from the stove) for 90 minutes. Whenever I take the jars out, the SFD's are damp, and there is always a good deal of condensation in the jars.
I use RR's tek from the video and always do the toilet paper test. I never had problems with identical preparation with my little cooker. Can anyone help to correct my technique? I've noticed that RR uses a cooker and not a sterilizer in that particular segment of the video

Did you use foil over the lids while sterilizing them? The amount of psi's you sterilize @ won't affect grain jar moisture content. Did you have contams. on mediums sterilized with your new sterilizer? A little condensation's normal.
My guess is you were so excited to try your new/used sterilizer that you may have loaded the jars a little preemptively. AA"s are boss. Have 2 AA 25 quart steroclaves. and a model 1941 AA PC. Wouldn't trade them for 100, brand new Presto23s.

I covered with foil. These had way more condensation is normal. I read the instruction manual and rewatched the video before I tried it out.
I've been thinking and maybe I'm putting too much water in the sterilizer in the sterilizer. It says in the manual not to yes more than one inch and I've just been eyeballing it. Whatever the reason I'm just gonna keep trying till I get it.
And I know psi doesn't affect moisture content. I was just giving a thorough description of what i was doing
