prolonged colonization?

What if I let my substrate colonize for like 2 months is that bad? Becuase I am leaving for a month right when my shit will be ready to put into casing... FUCK! IM FUCKED ARENT I!!

Technically yes, if you are talking about cakes mixed with substrate. Without putting the casing in the fruiting chamber for fruiting and in the incubation stage, you may increase the chances of overlay and drying out.

I don't get what you mean by this.

To the origional poster, if your jars are done colonizing, you can put them in the fridge for up to a year with little to no adverse effects.

I would say you're fucked. Two months is a long time to neglect a colonizing cake. It will eventually try to pin inside the jar. I would abort the mission and wait until you get back. That way you can do it right.
