just wondering from what people experience if moving around, or laying still is better for nausia

yeah yeah... but i'm saying during nausia does it help the nausia to just maybe lay still... or does moving like walking a bit help more?

For me it helps to just lay still, but if you lay still and it's not helping, try moving around. If that doesn't work, then... well.. wait it out.

very much depends on the nature of your tummy upsets unfortunately.. sometimes you just need to burp like hell, and for that moving about is better, even though you may feel like shit even thinking about it. For outright nausea, laying still and trying to distract yourself is best. I found that a heating pad may offer some nice comfort.
Oh, and melba toast and carbonated mineral water are your friends (highly recommend the german stuff -appolinaris and gerolsteiner are my favs- over that crappy italian 'oligominerale' shit).

I get really bad nausea every time. I can never move around, it's way too uncomfortable so i usually spend the first half hour of the trip laying on my stomach on the floor with a blanket over my head.

I try to do as little moving as possible during the whole trip...... this, however, is not due to nausea, although I rarely feel nautious when I'm just laying back and relaxing
