Compost...sort of?

Kind of an odd question...While she was making the outdoor patch yesterday, she had an extra half trash bag of straw, and an extra half trash bag of horse manure, She combined the 2 in a bag, poured manure water overtop and sealed the bag....good for future growing substrate?

Open the bag and mix it occasionaly - composting is an aerobic process, take a look at this 6T thread:
