Neophyte cultivator seeks advice on lab equipment

Hey guys, I work in a bio lab that has quite a lot of equipment at my disposal(the standard works if you're familiar with it). I'm obviously going to autoclave my equipment & soils there but was wondering how I could best re-purpose the rest of the stuff there. Gloves, syringes, various containers, and pipettes are obviously a no-brainer.   

    I'm planning on using Fanaticus's (May your passing be swift) method with some minor deviations but would really like to apply lab equipment where I can.
  Just to run off a few things I've got access to:
  • sterile everything
  • antibiotics (Tetracycline, Ampicilin, Chloramphenicol, etc.)
  • Agar
  • LB (Lysogeny or Luria Broth)
  • Peptone
  • standard microbiology lab equipment


I've definitely left some things out, if anyone is  familiar with my setting and willing to shoot off some tips, gratitude would be eternal!

Note that many anti biotics are not autoclavable. The only one I know of that is is gentamicin sulfate

Uhh...not sure what you'd need any of that for.
At least not for us non-scientistical folk like myself.
What you need is something to pressure cook at 15psi in.  Some mason jars.  BRF and verm.  A clean spore syringe.  A shotgun terrarium. And patience.
I assume by "fanaticus" you mean the PF tek method.
