do you think others can relate to your experiences?

I find that more and more I just don't relate to other mushroom users... everyone's always telling me about their trips and expecting me to commiserate with them about it, but I just don't. why do you think that this is the case?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking man..

Because your ego sticks out like a sore thumb and you do everything you can to appear different?

That's really just a guess because as Strumpling intimated we need a bit more data in order to postulate effectively.

Welcome back!

well, in cases like this I like to leave the question open ended so as to not give people something to agree with.

maybe you right mr mushrooms, I have a strong ego. I guess what I was hoping for was a really experienced tripper to say, "yeah, that happens because of such and such, and it means something".

like I stopped taking x when my rolls started to really change, where I wasn't so taken in by my emotions. people who stop smoking weed say the same sort of thing, like the high changes.

Ahh I see where you are coming from now. Well, trips and smoke are the same within a broad paradigm but vary from user to user. That's the best answer I can give.

Cheers,

This is a gross generalization. There seem to be two classes of mushroom users... those that trip to have fun and party and those that trip to explore the depths of reality. Perhaps you have moved from one side to the other?

Are you practicing extreme moderation with these substances?
