the purple colour is spores. once they reach full maturity and the caps open up they begin to deposit spores which for p.cubes are purply/black. I always fan dry mine and just eat them in small pieces dry but its up to you how you take them. Hope this helps

totally normal
you are dealing with mature mushrooms, now they dropped spores everywhere .
it is usually recommended to harvest before veil on the cap breaks and that happens but you fruits are still fine to consume
i would eat them dry with a glass of orange juice
if you dont have a dehydrator put thme on a place with good ventilation and low light so all the water content on the fruit evaporates
enjoy.

If it looks like cobwebs you are probably in trouble.
I once had a hairy shroom, see here, I think it was due to humidity, if you hairs look like that I think you are OK, maybe fan them more

It was grown in the jar shown so did not get much fanning, I think the humidity might have had a large gradient in the jar.

its mycelium.
and that happens because it lacks of fresh air
not caused by humidity .

That is mycelium. It is active also. Don't worry about it. Dry them and eat them. Your good to go.
