 Psychadelic Filters with Paint Shop Pro

Recently I've begun "psychadelicing" up pictures with paint shop pro. Basically adding lots fo filters until I end up with something that I like. Mostly this has been blurring/sharpening, then adding a texture and colored foil, which gets boring after a while. Anyone have some suggestions on effects I could do using Paint Shop Pro 7? Or any links to tutorials on graphic art? As soon as I get reliable webspace i'll convert the files to something manageable and upload.

do a directory search in google for tutorials. I found TONS of photoshop ones that way
