Growing Psilocybe azurescens

Alright, i tried growing p cube and i fucked it up (no visible contamination but stinch after 2 weeks)

Now i'm gonna get a pressure cooker and try growing azurescens.
Does anyone know a good guide besides the alread well known one with cardboard etc?

I dont want to use carboard as it's mayde of all kinds of recyled shit.

For making cakes i might get one of these


Then go the the woods, get fresh untreated tree, and grind it it to dust. Will it be alright? Because this dust will be ... wooden dust, and i read the guy said to use "hardwood saw dust".

Also and i dont want to use cardboard, should i just case it with vermiculite and wood chips?

Anyone who grown it succesfully any help you could give me would much appreciate it.

You dont want a disc cutter lol?For wood?
You need a garden chipper, and you should maybe retry cubies before moving onto azure.Because although you may go for an outdoor tec, you still need to generate spawn.
Just my opinion others may differ
Good luck what ever way you go.

Sorry but, Anno, what alternative can i use instead of cardboard? And if i get a grinder and grind grind and grind some wood will it make up for a good substrate?

First do a search for Joshua's and Anno's Azure grow logs and read those.
Sawdust will make fine spawn but it will NOT make a good substrate you will need larger pieces of wood for substrate. They will not fruit from sawdust alone.

How about a little respect.

Your question is elementry and your knowledge the same. Try reading some books and preparing for your adventure. If you can't do cubes....you will have a hard time with azurescens.

Azurescens like woodchips. Sawdust can be used as a spawn substrate but not as a fruiting substrate. The cultivation of azurescens is the same as cyanescens and most other woodlovers.

I followed the logical sequence of info to find this in the FAQ, it was very easy and took 10 seconds to find.

Thats all outdoor guides, i dont have that luxury. I have to fruit in a fridge.

i saw afoaf do it indoors in a mini fridge he got like 5-7 pins and all aborted.too bad and what do you mean you dont have that luxury. are there no forests parks feilds where you live???i mean damn if there is none of that how would you trip.especially on azurescens>>>>>>id bug out i need trees. so do you live in space or somthing or in LA or the desert?????????????im just jokin dont get mad at me lol

Actually the outdoor cultivation is rather easy and reliable, but of course you first have to obtain/produce some spawn to get the outdoor bed started.
