keep it simple stupid.

you've got a terrarium and an incubator
conceptually munged into a single entity.

looks to me like you are over doing it.

how about a tub in your closet that you
open up and fan once or twice a day?

and a bin-in-bin incubator a al http://www.fungifun.org/pf/incubator.htm

this is not a hobby that needs to be
overcomplicated.

vik's coolmist, digital timer and a couple
rubbermaid tubs and you're fine.

no need for perlite or manual fanning.

it's all automatic.

68 is fine, it will be a little warmer in the
tubs anywho.

build yourself an incubator similar to the
one in the link and you are good to go.

automate air exchange using the humidifier.

the picture above is a perfect example of
just how easy it should be.
