Animals killing/reincarnation

Okay, I was having a few thoughts when I was talking to the birds..
Say a bird eats a worm, the bird is then in debt to the worm for using it to satisfy it's hunger.. So.. the worm waits in the dream realm IMO ofc, and when the bird is able to bring the worm back into this realm, if the worm decides to unless of course the worm wants to stay in the dream realm for now.. The bird then lays its eggs and the egg acts as a 'open' spot for all the beings the bird is indebted to.
Now since a being can reincarnate numerous times, and say it was killed numerous times by other beings this then opens up more ways for it to come back into life and different types of beings.
Since I believe that choosing to end another being's life against their will no matter animal, insect, or human, builds a debt that stays with that being forever.

My one problem with it is a bird will eat hundreds of worms, but not lay hundreds of eggs. Does the debt stay with the bird into it's next life, and the bird becomes something like a frog or a bug or whatever that lays 10 billion eggs to repay the debt?

Yes, I believe it stays with them FOREVER.
Say the bird killed the worm right. The bird opened a spot for the worm and the worm came back. Now the worm is a bird and the bird is killed by a cat.
The first bird that killed the worm, whenever it opens spots whether in it's bird life or it's next and that worm needs a way to come back again, the worm can then use one of the spots, no matter how many times. It's not a one time thing.

Does it stack up? Like, does the cat now owe the bird and the worms the bird ate? Is it a never ending cycle of debt?

Had another thought on it.. more of a question
Take the worm from the first example. Now say the worm reincarnated as a cat. And the reincarnated worm runs into the bird that killed him, and the cat is hungry. So the cat eats that bird..
Now do you believe that the cat is then indebted to the bird? Or because the bird killed it while it was a worm that there would be no debt? Or is that debt then cancelled out?
Just saw your question White Beard,
No the cat just owes the bird, the cat doesn't pick up the debt of the bird
