I for one can sit back in awe... I'm truely amazed....and yes, that translation amost made no sense....but I did understand this....

Every contents of this sight refuse no permission reprinting.

By "germ making" and "germ scratching", do they mean innoculation?
Or are they introducing some sort of bacteria.....?
That is very confusing.....but the enoki pictures are incredible!

The surface of the colonized substrate is scratched away to remove dead cells and to create a new, clean, active fruiting surface.
