I have a nice new back yard to play in....well as soon as escrow closes, lots of pretty trees and flowers and swamps....and what appears to be enoki mushrooms, gotta tripple check before I'll really mess with them but I have an area between a couple of ponds that is ideal, hardwoods, humidity and lots of shade most of the days....I'll post a pic tomorrow if it's not raining like the last 3 days, I was showin a freind a few cow patties and and the location for my buildings will be and we took a stroll in the woods, he spotted some growing from the ground and a few more on a log....a couple of minutes later it was like we were surrounded....

I think I'll run a few cultures if anyone is interested, I know I owe at least 1 for an oyster I recieved...but it looks like prints and cultures are available fairly soon

Nice, my wood is also full of enoki, though not at the moment.
There good eating from the wild, far better than the mass farmed
shop bought ones :-)
