So I want my CCW. I have no criminal record, I'm a school teacher, and I regularly have local, state, and FBI background checks ran on me. But on the form I am asked if I am being treated for psycological problems. I have mild depression and anxiety. The form says my doc can submit a letter that says its cool. I have owned guns for years and never abused them. I wonder if I should get the doc's permission or lie on the application, as my medical records should be private. I don't know what to do. It seems like lying to the pigs is setting myself up for disaster. Anyone ever been in this situation and what did you do?

Ask a local firearms lawyer. I'm dead serious.
If you need help finding one, PM me.
