Oi. Been hard for me to keep a regular schedule. School+3rd shift is killing me. I've been making it to the gym twice a week, running once maybe twice... One more week of too much work then back to normal. I'm headed to the gym right now. Deadlifting, swimming.... meh

I've always had a relatively high OHP, ie I press more than the average guy who sq/bench/dls the same as me. not sure why, though having a wide shoulder girdle probably has something to do with it. I also rarely do worksets above 5 reps, training mostly for strength, though size comes along with it.

on and off for about 6 years now, more on than off this year, up until 6 weeks ago. that 100 press was the first 100+ I've done this year, it took me about 2.5 years from starting, to get to my first 100 ever.

I'm about there myself. Hit one rep or 315 the other day could have done more but I thought eh, that's good for today. It felt great watching the bar bend... Might have been a weak bar but if felt good anyways. They've got a big 70lb bar I'ma start using... Feels good to see progress.

My leg is finally recovering, hopefully next week I'll be back in on the SS, gonna start again at 275# squat; 275# dl; 245# bench; and 135# cleans and OHP. Hopefully I didn't lost more than that.

Hey guys i'm new to the deadlift and i can't get the barbell down back to the starting position, it has to be right above the middle of my feet right? I'm always too up front i just can't get it back enough to the middle so my next reps don't start off right. I feel like i should barely bend my knees to get it right but it feels weird.
Thanks for your tips

Guess i really dont understand what your saying. I just let it down?
usually close to my legs. actually always close to my legs because if you try to pick it up when it is far away, your back has to make up alot of the effort.
Why dont you just do a restart each time? let it down, then roll it back to your legs. then lift.
