Germination speed? A bit worried.

Hello!
I virtually made a PF batch in my head and after 8 or 9 days, most of em didn't germinate yet.
Here's my setup. 14 PF jars were prepared and innoculated.
4 were EQ 4 were Koh Samui 3 were Matias Romero 3 were Tapalpa
I lost my 4 EQ to green mold. These were made with a previouly used syringe and probably used a contamed needle or something (even if it was heated..) I had successful growth in the past with this syringe but not this time, anyway.
The only jars colonizing so far are the Tapalpas (already at 40-50%).
All my KS and MR have nothing yet!! I know the syringe are good since I had good results in the past with these but this time, it takes longer to germinate and that's weird. I use the same protocol as I did previously. (same sterilization techniques with an improvement, now I have a PC!)
They are sitting in an incubator at a constant 86F .
I'm a bit worried cause I'm running low in spores and made that big batch (well, that's my biggest so far) with the intention of gowing with casings. My objective was to get 10 healthy jars out of 14 and make 5 casings (assuming I will lost 1 or 2 since i'm new to this).
My question is, after how many days can we tell for sure that the spores won't germinate. 10? 15? 20?
I did 4 injections per jars with a total of something like 1.5 - 2 CC per jar.
Of course, all of this was virtually made in my head. I'll never mess with illegal things. I'm not that low yet.
thanks for your cues...

Hey man, no worries! Can take up to 3 weeks. Old spores, wait longer.

Hey thanks for telling me this!!!
I have kinda old syringes.. They are 4 months old but I keep em in the fridge so I guess spores won't die that fast...

I may be wrong, but I think your temp is too high, from my understanding, high 70s low 80s is ideal, 86 is the high point and could slow down your colonization (as I believe the growth produces heat so 86 room temp is like 90 or something inside the jars, which is high). But I may be very wrong.

my dog let her jars colonize at about 85-89 and after about a week and a half she now has six fully colonized rye grain jars

Man, the Swamp Donkey just waited a good 1 1/2 to 2 months for full germination... but it surely was worth the wait... he had no where to go anyways... ye olde dokey...
