They at least made one thing realistic about the show though, in one of the first few episodes before the lead guy finds his wife and kid they show his wife fucking his best friend after her husbands been "dead" for like a couple months, I have to admit thats a dead on accurate portayal of a woman but other than that the show gets nothing right.  Oh and lets not forget the main bread and butter when it comes to zombies is realistic gore effects but nah they even found a way to ruin that too by making it all CGI and flat.
