Anyone here ever been to Columbia? I've been looking for some info on the net about places to stay, ease of access to purchasing coke there, liklihood of getting ripped off, set up for bribes, ways to procure cocaine from the locals, tips, cost of coke there, etc..
Anyone have any experience with this?
(p.s. please save the wise cracks about coca-cola)

also dont expect not to hear shit for not posting in other drugs 
Ease of purchasing coke about as easy as anything there
Likelyhood of getting ripped? look columbian and your fine hehe

Well, I posted in this forum because although I asked some questions about the drug cocaine, my query was specific to the country COLUMBIA. It was a judgement call. I read a post about amsterdam recently where there were queries about drugs and it was in this forum. Sue me if you don't think I picked the right forum, I ain't a newbie here.

Heh, so this is somewhat irrelevant, but you might get a better response if you spell it right...towns here in America are named "Columbia," the S. American country is "Colombia." Not trying to be a dick, but having the most accurate post title tends to ensure better responses.

i hear cokes about 3 bucks a gram, some hotels will have folks chillin in the lobby that u can hook up with
tip for survival, my cousin just got back from peru, not quite colombia but close, still 3rd world south america.
bring about 4 money belts, u know what those are right? only keep about 20-30 dollars on 3 of them then have your main stash cash in one other one, hidden good on your body.
in peru there are ppl that if they know your a tourist, theyll pull a gun or a knife and demand your money, they know you have money, you do too, you dont wanna die, so have some bribe money ready

The country Colombia is not a psychedelic, neither is the drug cocaine. But I wont sue you this time but only since you're not a newbie here

Also watch out, its not a good place to go to just to get some drugs. Good chance of bad things happening if you're not the right type of person. Since you asked here theres a 99.99999999% chance that you're not, plus you posted in the wrong thread, I think that makes it 100% j/k

I'm going to have to say that going to Colombia just for coke is an extremely BAD idea. I don't know if you know about the current situation in Colombia, but the country is currently in the midst of the longest Civil War in history. The Communist insurgency groups known as the FARC & ELN are currently fighting against the Neo-Fascist death squads of the AUC. These groups currently control large swaths of the countryside and if you were to, say, venture outside of Bogota you would probably have the pleasure of running into one of these guerilla groups. Now this wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that after drugs, the number one source of income for these rebel groups is holding people hostage for cash, ESPECIALLY FOREIGNERS! The ELN is especially notorious for holding foreigners hostage, every few months they'll release videotapes of their hostages and they people that they are holding captive looking like they just got out of a German concentration camp because they're so skinny and gaunt looking.
So I would advise against going to Colombia, but that's not to say that you shouldn't be able to get yae for under $5. I would however suggest that you go to some more peaceful country in Latin American than Colombia, possibly Panama, Costa Rica, or Brazil.
I'm currently in College and because my roommate is from Panama I now have about a dozen friends from all over Central and South America such as Panama, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Brazil. They have all told me that you can find extremely pure stuff down there for under $5 a gram.
