Those are definetly a species of Coprinus. They almost look like comatus or the shaggy mane, but I don't think they are. Im guessing they are atramentarius.
They are "edible" but not recommended, due to the fact you will become very sick if you drink alcohol even a week afterwards.
Escondildo? I used to live near there

The first pic is Coprinus comatus without a doubt, the second is an LBM .

Those are no dout Panaeolus foenisecii "Haymaker's Panaeolus".
They closely resemble Panaeolus subbalteatus, which is a weakly hallucinogenic mushroom. However, foenisecii are inactive.

The first mushroom species is Coprinus comatus, Shaggy Manes. A tip to help tell the difference between these and a scaly Coprinus atramentarius - look closely at the gills where they're changing color to black. You will notice that there is a narrow zone where it turns pinkish first. Coprinus is about to be split into four genera, and C. comatus and C. atramentarius will end up in different genera. Probably the biggest taxonomic difference will be whether or not the gills turn pink before black.
I'll go with angry on the second ones - those look like Panaeolus foenisecii, an incredibly common lawn mushroom.
Happy mushrooming!
