Rhizomorphic Growth... I hope

I've been reading through the FAQ and stuff so I'm fairly certain that what my PF jars are exhibiting is not cobweb and is, in fact, rhizomorphic growth. My question is that is there a problem with this, hopefully, rhizomorphic growth growing like straight through the dry verm layer? There is this one strand that seems to be like trying to escape or something... is this normal?

Not a "cake", a bulk substrate. See the rizo crawling up the tray wall. Does it look like that?

If so, it is rizo.

Yea it sounds like rhizo growth. a Very good sign. those little peices that look like they are trying to escape will probably become pins. You should be seing pinning in the next few days. Congrats!!
