Can i use a hair dryer for my 1'x1' laminar flow hood?

I bought a 1'x1' hepa from stamets, and was wondering if i can use my leaf blower with the tubing removed for my laminar flow hood?
any thoughts?
EDIT: I got the idea for using a hair dryer below how about that?

Blows clean air out of a filter in a... way that there are no crazy air currents. A steady flow. Something like that.
Every thing I have read you have to match the squirrel cage blower to the filter.

Well there ya go.
I just could not imagine having a leaf blower motor blasting away in a room.
I also doubt a hair dryer will provide enough power to get desired results.

Try searching in the mush cult forum for "flow hood" and maybe add blower or fan to that search.

Ok heres an ammendment i have a nice mini shop vac for cleaning my house pipes, i think it will work perfectly it fills up a kitchen sized trashbag a little over a cubic foot in under a second about 3/4 of a second.....im so happy, i forgot all about it
