I've got an oooooooooold 921, I mean like old. But I love the bitch. I mean its huge, I can fit at around 7 quart jars (not sure the limit exactly, I'm too lazy to find out). Its a beast. The new ones look real nice, but if you want one for cheaper, check out ebay.

afoaf has used the exact same one but the smaller 4qt model, works likes a charm and keeps heat real well so you dont have to mess around with the stove top gauge too much.

All American Pressure Cooker/Canners are the best. The All American Sterioclaves have a built in heating element. They also form a vacuum upon cooling. Very nice

I'll bet ebay has a cheap one. I got a very nice one for $25. (I was the only bidder) It is the shit and is as good if not better than new models. Shipping was just as much as the cost of the cooker due to the weight.

AA's are like what air is to wind, water is to rain & the sunrise is to dawn.
In other words, they make it happen. As if the were born to it.

Never steamed, but have "stacked" the hell out of them in both an AA 925 & 941.
